Shipping policy

Shipping rates

We currently ship to the United States. Standard shipping is $4.95 on orders below $79 and free on orders of $79 or more. Eligibility is based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Delivery

U.S. delivery takes 3–7 business days via USPS.

Accessories in the same order may be dispatched separately.

Track your order

Use the order-status link in your confirmation email to check your order and any available tracking after dispatch. If you cannot find the link or need delivery help, email info@weareuntold.com or use our contact form. Include your order number. We reply within 2 business days.

Delays and cancellations

If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will notify you, provide revised timing, and give you the option to cancel for a full refund of the unshipped merchandise. Where required, we will obtain your consent before delaying shipment.
